LS Akbar Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Eligibility

To register and use LS Akbar you must meet all of the following requirements without exception. These are not formalities — they are real conditions that are actively checked during account verification and withdrawal processing.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment — not on behalf of a business, third party or any organised gambling operation.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether placed through LS Akbar or another platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful personal information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

LS Akbar reserves the right to request identity verification at any point — not only during withdrawal. This may include a CNIC scan, selfie, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may be suspended pending review.

2. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on LS Akbar. This applies regardless of the device used, the payment method registered, or whether a different name or email address is used. LS Akbar uses multiple verification signals to detect duplicate registrations, and any additional account found to belong to the same individual will be closed.

When creating your account, the name, date of birth and CNIC number you provide must match your actual identity documents. These details cannot be changed after registration without submitting formal documentation to the support team. Your registered mobile number and email address are used for account security and must remain active and accessible.

• Keep your password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone under any circumstances.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your account, including bets, deposits and withdrawals, whether or not you personally authorised the activity.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support via live chat immediately and request a temporary account lock.
• Do not allow another person to use your account to deposit or withdraw funds, even temporarily.

3. Deposits

LS Akbar accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), and debit or credit cards. No foreign currencies are accepted. If a deposit arrives in a currency other than PKR, it will be declined or returned.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within a few minutes of successful confirmation. Bank transfers and IBFT payments may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. If a deposit has not reflected in your account after 30 minutes, contact support via live chat with the transaction reference number.

• You must only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from a third-party account — even a family member's — are not permitted.
• LS Akbar does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.
• Do not send a deposit without first initiating the transaction through the platform's deposit screen. Unsolicited transfers cannot be guaranteed to credit correctly.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. If the original method is unavailable, LS Akbar may request alternative verified details. Withdrawals are only sent to accounts held in the name of the registered LS Akbar account holder.

Standard withdrawal processing takes between a few hours and two business days depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests at the time. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.

• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time process for most accounts unless your details change.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled while they are still in pending status. Once a payment has been dispatched, it cannot be reversed.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balance cleared of wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.
• LS Akbar reserves the right to perform additional checks on large withdrawal requests. This is a standard security measure and is not a denial of payment.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

LS Akbar offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — minimum deposit amount, qualifying games, wagering multiplier, time limit and any game restrictions — all of which are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. These general terms apply alongside any promotion-specific terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or on request depending on the promotion type. Check the individual promotion page for how to claim.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before wagering is complete will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed.
• Bets placed with bonus funds on certain game types — such as live sports or specific table games — may contribute at a lower rate to wagering requirements. The exact contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for the named account holder only. Sharing, selling or transferring bonus credits between accounts is strictly prohibited.
• LS Akbar reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any winnings generated from it if there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets specifically to clear wagering, using a second account in coordination, or exploiting a technical error in a promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings expire automatically.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Once a bet or wager is confirmed on LS Akbar — whether on a sports market, casino game, fish game or slot — it cannot be changed or reversed. You are responsible for checking your bet slip or game stake before confirming. Technical issues on your device, connectivity problems or accidental clicks do not qualify as grounds for a bet reversal.

All slot, casino and fish game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Results are unpredictable, independent of any previous outcome, and cannot be influenced by the platform or by the player. Live casino games use real dealers streamed in real time — outcomes are determined by the physical game, not by any automated system.

For sports betting, LS Akbar's cricket markets cover Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series, domestic competitions and international tournaments. Football, Esports and other international sports markets are available alongside cricket. The following specific conditions apply:

• Bets on cricket matches stand for a minimum number of overs as stated on each market. Matches abandoned before that threshold result in stakes being returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted up to the point at which the market is suspended. LS Akbar reserves the right to suspend markets at any time during a match.
• In the event of a clear technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed — for example, a team listed at 100/1 when the correct odds are 1/2 — LS Akbar reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds. This is applied reasonably and not as a routine measure.
• Maximum win limits per bet apply across all sports markets. These are displayed per market and may be adjusted during high-volume periods such as PSL finals or major international matches.
• Disputes regarding game outcomes or bet settlement must be raised with support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.

7. Responsible Gaming

LS Akbar is committed to providing a gaming environment that stays within the entertainment category for the players who use it. Gaming should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses — the outcomes of casino games, slots and sports bets are never guaranteed, and the house edge means that over time the platform has a mathematical advantage.

Every registered player has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies before any increase takes effect.
• Session Reminders — Set a reminder to alert you after a set amount of time playing in a single session.

9. Account Termination

You may close your LS Akbar account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing, ensure any pending withdrawals have been processed and your balance has been withdrawn. Residual real-money balances in closed accounts are returned to the payment method on record after a standard verification check.

LS Akbar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information.
• Evidence of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, match-fixing involvement or any attempt to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Duplicate account creation or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Abusive behaviour towards support staff or other players.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months with no login or transaction activity.

In cases involving fraud or serious breach, LS Akbar reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Investigations are completed within a reasonable timeframe and the outcome is communicated to the registered contact details on the account.

10. Changes to These Terms

LS Akbar may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — changes that affect how deposits, withdrawals, bonuses or account rules work — registered players will be notified via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor updates — such as clarifications of existing rules, correction of typographical errors, or changes to contact details — may be made without advance notice and take effect from the date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any change, close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date.
